Base board and functional
modules are connected with 4 impedance controlled high density connectors
(SAMTEC 300 pin connectors), to realize a high speed I/O. |

|
Inserting
or removing from this connector requires 12kg force per connector.
Dedicated jigs for safely and securely installing / removing functional
modules on the base board are provided. |

| Procedure for use |
Step 1.

Step 2.

To install a functional module on the base board, align the installation jig with the
key groove on the functional module (1), and push the installation jig with both hands (2). |
Step 3.

After installing
the functional module, check that there is almost no gap at the
connector part (3).

Step 4.

When removing a functional module from the base board, align the installation and removal tool with the white band on the base board,
put one hand on the functional module, and rotate the installation and removal tool clockwise (5).
